Built optalk ai, a conversational AI assistant for enterprise operations on top of the Optimoz platform. Teams needed to interact with business data and automate workflows through natural language. I designed the product architecture and led all front-end development.

Started as a Junior Frontend Developer on Optimoz's cloud-native Immunization Information System, then transitioned into a Sales Engineer role focused on product demos for public health agency prospects.
